We asked for the standard apartment with lovely views from the windows and it was ready when arrived. There were a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and refrigerators upon arrival.

We stayed in a charming historic sassi with a garden entrance and a cave bedroom. the host provided ample toiletries, a stocked kitchen, and even fresh cakes and bread. the location was perfect for exploring the old town, with great restaurants nearby. A truly authentic and comfortable experience.

We had a wonderful Xmas at this hotel. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the historic center. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and even picked us up from the station. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. The little touches like fresh flowers and snacks made us feel right at home.

While the hosts made an effort to create a cozy atmosphere, there was a lack of space to put our own belongings. The communication with the hosts was not very efficient, and the instructions for parking were confusing.

The self-contained apartment was lovely, with a washing machine and a cozy balcony. Liliana, the host, went above and beyond by providing a sumptuous breakfast and even bringing us fresh focaccia from the nearby bakery. The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed, from toiletries to kitchen supplies. The host was incredibly attentive, providing recommendations for restaurants and arranging transportation. a fantastic 2-night stay in a quiet and safe location.

The limited drop, off and pick, up hours for entering the Sassi area with a car may be inconvenient for some guests. affordable parking is available just a short walk away, so this was not a major issue for us.
